Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns that do not meet our conditions.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Contact our customer service team at info@triplekhair.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us with the RA number clearly marked on the package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any price differences for exchanged items.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer standard (3-7 business days) and expedited (2-3 business days) shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We may require proof of damage (photos) to process a replacement or refund.
